INNOVATION

• State Scientific Research Institute of Aviation × Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation
  A structure that solves the issue of maintaining the airworthiness of all state aviation. Thanks to the work of scientists and engineers, damaged aircraft are quickly returned to service and continue to perform their assigned tasks.
• Lesson Learned Conference
  Boryviter, together with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, held a conference dedicated to the study and implementation of military experience “Lessons Learned in a dynamic defense environment”.
• System support of the Vector Optical Laboratory
  VOL is a team that repairs day, night and thermal imaging optics for the Ukrainian army free of charge. ZMIN systematically invested in the institutional capacity of the VOL team during April 2022 – June 2023, as part of the program “Strengthening Invention in the Direction of Development and Innovation by Scientists and Engineers”.

ANALYTICS

• “Ukrainian Volunteer Airlines”
  The project involves the creation of an analytical department that works with the involvement of volunteers with combat experience. The main goal is to use practical knowledge and skills to conduct strategic analysis, develop recommendations and support operational decisions. The department will become a key element for effective planning and adaptation to modern challenges.
• Analytical Center Lessons Learned or Study and Implementation of Experience (VVD)
  The team is engaged in the implementation of the methodology developed by NATO for the effective processing of experience that can be applied to achieve improvements and avoid repeated mistakes.
  The project is implemented by the NGO “Military School “Boryviter”.

VETERAN COMPONENT

• Psychological training and support of the Boryviter school
  The direction helps to preserve the mental health of combatants and improve their emotional and volitional resilience.
  Support under two programs:
  – Psycho-emotional recovery classes
  – Individual consultations for combatants

INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT

• Aerial reconnaissance
  This is an association of experts that has been promoting and implementing systemic changes, innovations and NATO standards in the security and defense forces of Ukraine since 2014. In order for this work to continue and scale up, systemic support is necessary. If the organization does not have stable support, it risks turning into a set of disparate initiatives dependent on the situational enthusiasm of volunteers. This threatens to lose pace, efficiency and strategic development. Institutional Reinforcement from CHANGE contributes to the stable functioning of the organization, the development of key initiatives, and ensuring the sustainability of our projects.
